Service Description

The Couples Breathwork Session offers the opportunity to share this practise with a partner or loved one. It provides the opportunity for each person to go on a journey of self discovery together, but separately. A safe container is held to ensure each person can truly have their own experience. Sharing in this way can strengthen a connection without deliberately trying to fix anything.
